Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout through Shopify based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.
Domestic (U.S.) Options:
· Standard Ground (3–7 business days) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
· Expedited (2–3 business days) via FedEx or UPS
· Overnight (1 business day) via FedEx or UPS (must be selected before checkout cutoff time to qualify)
International Options:
· FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or DHL Express (2–5 business days, subject to customs clearance)
· If you qualify for any free-shipping promotions, this will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, Shopify will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your Shopify account and visiting “My Orders.”
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. ADT cannot reroute packages once they have left our facility.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
For oversized or palletized items that cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, you will be prompted to enter a physical street address before completing checkout.
International Shipping & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country.
ADT is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections or holds.
If a shipment is returned to us because duties weren’t paid or customs refused delivery, standard shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ADT is not responsible for lost packages once they leave our facility and are in the carrier’s possession.
If your shipment is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We can provide shipment details, but ADT is not liable for lost packages by couriers.
If a package arrives damaged, please save all packaging and file a claim immediately with the carrier. Within 48 hours of delivery, you may also email support@advdigitaltextiles.com with photos of the damage; we will assist you in submitting a claim.
Address Corrections & Reshipment
You may update your shipping address before the order ships by emailing support@advdigitaltextiles.com or calling 704-226-9600 (M–F, 9 AM–5 PM ET).
Once the order has shipped, address changes must be handled through the carrier and may incur additional rerouting fees.
Special Freight or Oversized Items
Very large-format prints, bulk yardage orders, or palletized freight items may incur separate freight rates. If an order requires special handling, we will contact you with a freight quote before finalizing your shipping charges.
Any applicable oversize or freight fees will be displayed as a separate line item at checkout or sent via email for custom quotes.
Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Holiday season), order processing and transit times may be longer. Please plan accordingly, you can refer to our banner messages on the homepage for any known delays.
If we anticipate a significant processing delay, we will update your order status in Shopify and notify you by email.
